Elementary

Primetime is a high energy worship service for kids kindergarten through 6th grade.  During this time we have a praise and worship time with fun songs and video. Then we have a creative lesson time taught by our Creative Teaching team with skit, videos, testimonies, and many other creative ways to get the lessons across to the kids. In our small group time we help to apply the lesson to the kids life and give them a way to use what we talk about during their week.

This is a more in-depth time with the kids k-6th grade who stay both service.  In the k-2nd grade class we are teaching the good old Bible stories and about the Bible.  They are learning the books of the Bible and how to use their Bible. 

 

In the 3rd-6th grade group there are 4 different books for them to go through- Break In: How to Know Christ, Break Through: How to Grow In Christ, Break Away: How to Serve Christ, and Break Out: How to Share Christ.  Each kid starts with book 1 and then moves on the next one.  It is a great time for the to learn, grow, and be mentored.

On Wednesday night we offer a fun mid-week program for kids.  This is a time for them to work on applying the lesson from Sunday to their lives in a real and important way.

For the 3rd – 6th grade girls we have “Girls Club” which is a Life of Faith Girls Clubs. The objective of the Club, simply put, is to help Club members develop a life of faith. Based on the captivating, Christ-centered, stories of the Life of Faith heroines, Club meetings help girls understand God’s love for them and teach them how to deal with issues all girls face (such as bearing rejection, resisting temptation and gossip, overcoming fear, forgiving when it hurts, standing up for what’s right, and more).  With special activities, mentoring, and special extra activities to teach the kids and help them not only learn Biblical principles but life long skills.
