Cross Cultural Missions Ministry

We are involved in missions because Christ called us to be.  The Missions Ministry here at Fairview exists to fulfill Jesus’ command found in both Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8.  Monthly budgeted funds are sent to all of our missions.  Support is also given to people wanting to go on short-term mission trips.

Many of the missions we support have a major connection to Fairview.

LIFE OF HOPE is a ministry to the street children of Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Rick Grove, executive director, and Devin Chance, director of development, are members of Fairview.

NICK & STEPHANIE are sharing Jesus and leading a church planting team in Southeast Asia since January 2007.  Nick is from Fairview and interned in our youth ministry.

YANCEY & SHEILA YARICK are raising support to go to Tanzania, Africa, as a part of a team doing linguistic and translation work.  They worked with the youth of Fairview prior to their training at Pioneer Bible Translators.

MAX & MARILYN GOINS began WE-GO Mission Coalition in 1992 when they moved to Moscow.  There they have planted churches and established a Bible college to train Russian workers.  When in the United States, they teach and serve at Fairview.

ANDREW & JOHANA STRINGER serve in Medellin, Colombia, South America.  While attending Ozark Christian College, Andrew attended Fairview and helped begin a Hispanic ministry here.  He and Johana are native Colombians.

Other missions that we support are:
